Legacy Products

TDK-Lambda has been providing AC-DC power supplies, DC-DC converters, Programmable (Laboratory) power supplies and EMC/EMI filters for over 50 years. Our aim is to continue to offer a product line for as long as it is economically and practically possible. Many of our power supplies have been on the market in excess of 20 years.

Products not recommended for new designs (NRND)

In order to minimise customer impact from discontinued lines we identify those products which are not recommended for use in new designs. This does not mean that these products are about to become obsolete. In many cases these products have a large customer base and will remain in production for many years. Usually we have newer alternatives available that are more cost effective and offer enhanced technical performance. Discontinued (End of Life) products (EOL)

From time to time, however, we have to discontinue products due to lack of demand and/or component obsolescence. In these cases it is our policy to give a notice period and to offer alternative products wherever possible. We are committed to providing you with technical support and we offer a repair service even after product discontinuation.

Old products reference library

This has two purposes. First, it provides a map from older and obsolete products to their current counterparts. Second, it links to old catalogue data allowing you to access specifications from our long history. We'll continue to provide data for both obsolete products and current models.
