About TDK-Lambda

European M365 Administrator

TDK-Lambda UK Ltd is a successful and long established design and manufacturing company of standard and configurable AC-DC and DC-DC power supplies situated on the pleasant North Devon Coast. We are entering an exciting period of change and expansion with ambitious plans for the manufacturing facility.

We are looking for a European M365 Administrator with prior experience of working in a busy IT Department.  The successful applicant will be working as part of a dynamic and friendly team to deliver support to TDK-Lambda employees across Europe.

Main duties and responsibilities:

You will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and administrating the M365 platform as provided by TDK Corporate.
  • Provide primary support and training (including arrangement of) for the M365 platform.
  • Work with the business to foster a change in working practice to make best use of the new tools available (document sharing, Teams etc.).
  • Provide further review and implementation on how the business could extend the use of M365 platform with secondary products (Power Automate, Planner, OneNote, Teams integration etc.).
  • Work with the local site IT teams and training staff to deliver solutions.

Skills and qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have previous experience of:

  • Administrating a Microsoft365 platform (e.g., AzureAD, Office, Sharepoint, Teams, Exchange, Power Platform etc)
  • Administrate on-premises Active Directory
  • Support Microsoft Office and Outlook 365
  • Use Powershell for Microsoft365 administration
  • Device management of both Windows and iOS using Intune.
  • Dynamics 365 Sales/Customer Service/Marketing

The candidate must be prepared to

  • Travel within Europe
  • Work independently whilst being part of a global team.

 

The successful applicant will work a 37.30 hour week.

Hours of work:

  • Monday to Thursday 7.30 am – 4.30 pm.
  • Friday 7.30– 12.00 pm

In return the company offers excellent conditions of employment, 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays per annum, additional 1 days holiday at 10 years service and again at 15 years service, Company Sick Pay Scheme, free Life Assurance and Pension contributions above the statutory minimum (Employee 3.25%, Company 4.75%) and Flexi-time (1 hour either side of start and finish time).

Salary: Up to £35,000 (DOE)
