Relocation of TDK Head Office

TDK Corporation previously announced the relocation of its head office in Toyko, Japan.
Details of the move have now been finalized and are as stated below.
On the occasion of this move, all of the staff members of TDK renew our commitment to
meeting the needs of our customers. We look forward to your continued cooperation in this
effort and would like to apologize for any inconveniences the relocation may cause.
New head office address
Shibaura Renasite Tower, 3-9-1 Shibaura, Minato-ku, Tokyo
(The reception of the new TDK head office will be on the 12th floor.)

Date of relocation
The TDK head office will begin the move to this new location on March 19, 2013.
Full start of operation of new head office
The new head office will effectively start business on April 1, 2013.
