Dear Customer,
Hereinafter TDK-Lambda Israel (TLI) RMA policy conditions:
Returning a Product
Required information from the customer:
- Part number and serial number
- A clear and full description of the nature of the failure.
- Name of contact person and contact information with the customer.
Continuance of the process:
- RMA number will be sent to the customer.
- Products received will be repaired within 10 working days, subject to meeting the terms of warranty.
- Customer will be charged for repair in case of damage caused by the customer and subject to quote for repair sent to the customer who needs to be approved by the customer.
- No product will be replaced with new, but in the event that the product is under warranty and the failure is not caused by the customer's fault and judgment only of economic by TDK-Lambda.
- Product which received in our company without RMA will be returned immediately to the customer subject to shipping costs.
- Product which is not a response to the quote for repair will be returned to the customer after 30 days.
Exchanging a product:
- Product replacement will be carried out based on exclusive decision by TDK-Lambda.
- Non-warranty product which the repair is not an economic price in relation to the price will be refunded to the customer.
Terms of product repairing:
- Returned unit will be checked and tested thoroughly.
- Product within warranty period will be returned to the customer after repair without cost.
- Customer will be charged for the cost of repair in one of the following: product not activated according to on the operating conditions, torn warranty sticker, wrong environmental condition, unstable network voltage etc.
- Customer will be charged with testing cost between $ 60 to $ 300 depending on the complexity of the product and the shipping cost if the product is not under warranty the customer is not interested in repairing.
- If customer is not responding to a quote for repair for 30 days of receiving the quote, a product will be return subject to inspection and shipping costs.
- In case the product is not under warranty and customer demands investigation report, the customer will be charged with preparing of the report subject to investment period of time (the price is $ 60 per hour) A quote will be send to the customer for approval.
Shipping cost:
- The customer is responsible for shipping unit to TDK-Lambda Israel for repair or testing.
- TDK-Lambda Israel is not responsible for any loss or damage in shipping from the customer.
- If a product which is under warranty is defective due to TDK-Lambda Israel responsibility, the customer will be free of charge for shipping charges only for return unit form TDK-Lambda Israel.
