TDK-Lambda UK, a group company of the TDK Corporation, has been shortlisted for a total of four prestigious industry awards – two for the British Engineering Excellence Awards (BEEAs) and two for the Elektra European Electronics Industry Awards.

For the BEEAs, Ilfracombe based TDK-Lambda UK is shortlisted in the Design Team of the Year and Green Product of the Year categories, and in the Educational Support Award and Power System Product of the Year categories for the Elektra Awards.

Hosted by Eureka and New Electronics magazines, the British Engineering Excellence Awards demonstrate that engineering excellence creates world-class businesses and, most importantly, that engineering design innovation is a vital part of the UK’s economy.

The Elektra Awards, run by industry magazine Electronics Weekly, gives the industry the opportunity to recognise the achievements of individuals and companies across Europe. A panel of independent judges shortlisted finalists in each of the 16 award categories - each designed to promote best practice in key areas including innovation, sales growth and employee motivation.
